editing an image saved as a PDF

I am attempting to edit the dates on the attached image to reflect 2016.  Edit function with Adobe won't allow me to do so.  Any thoughts?  Just attempting to change the dates with the same font to 8 & 9, 2016

Hi rwj

You will not be able to edit text on an image in Acrobat. You need to make the changes to the original file where you have created this image.
