I have created a form and has an email option but I am wondering if I can have the JS automatically save the document with the person's name and then ask to whom it would be sent to.  The person's name is a field.

It's possible, but requires installing a script on the local machine. Alternatively, you can instruct the user to save the file under the desired name and not submit the file until it is.
