Embed PDF not allowing easier other page navigation with latest update

Hi,

I am a developer, we have a web application developed using asp.net and mostly we use IE and OS is Windows 8.1.

There is a page that shows embed pdf files, but latest update is giving issues. Actually it shows pdf but after showing embed pdf there are other links in web page so user can navigate when user clicks on that IE becomes not responding and an acrobat icon pops up and that also becomes not responding. After few seconds(some 30-40 seconds) of delay that acrobat pop-up vanishes later web application navigates properly.

This is happening for all embed PDF with latest version of Acrobat reader DC.

Just for my refernce verified installing Foxit reader, there above scenarios works fine.

It was working till latest update but not working now

Hi prasaddc,

Could you please confirm the dot version of  Adobe Acrobat Reader DC you are using.

To check dot version, go to Help menu > About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Please also share the IE version installed on your system.

Would you mind trying to open it on an alternate browser just to check if you experience the same issue there or not?

Would it be possible to share any one file with us, so we can check it on our end?
