Embedded PDF with Enable reader still useable - HELP NEED URGENTLY

Hi,

I need to create a form that will be embedded in a brochure.

The form is interactive and will need to be filled in by people using older versions of reader e.g. Reader 10 and older.

I have managed to create the form and save using Enable Reader and this works fine on the older Readers, how ever when I attached this from with the pdf brochure all reader enable features are there but i get a purple bar saying that the file cannot be saved.

I am creating the forms in Indesign CC2015 latest version. I am using Acrobat DC 2015.010.20059 and testing using windows 8.1 and Acrobat reader 10.29227.0

Any help people can give would be great.
