embedding a form in email

Hello!

I've created a form using Acrobat DC, and added a submit button. The form is currently being sent as an attachment, but I'm hoping there is a way to embed it in the body of the email.

There isn't. You can copy text from the form to the email's body (using a script), but not embed it into the email itself, only as an attachment.

It's up to the email application/service used how the file is then displayed to the end-user.
