Enforcing mandatory field

I do not want my form user to move to a subsequent field without filling the previous mandatory field. How do I do this?

This is a very bad idea. What is someone accidentally clicks into the field? You want to "lock" them into it? They won't even be able to save and close the file... You need to find a better way of making sure the required fields are filled in, not like that.
