Epson WF-7520 Doesn't Print to Tray 2 After El Capitan Clean Install?

I'm not sure what happened, but every since I performed a clean install of El Capitan, my Epson WF-7520 no longer works properly. The ONLY way it prints to the 13 x 19 tray (tray 2) is when I remove it and place it in the top slot (slot 1). In addition, all of my photo quality controls are now missing, so high-quality prints are no longer possible. I tried removing and reinstalling the driver, but that had no effect.

For what it's worth, I'm printing using Adobe Acrobat DC from the Creative Cloud suite of products. I'm not sure if this is an Apple, Epson, or Adobe issue. Does anyone know what may be wrong?
