Error attempting to read from file

I have successfully copied and pasted parts of Excel worksheets in creating a PDF.  Today, when I tried to do so, I received "error attempting to read from file" error.  It worked yesterday with the same Excel file but today it does not.  Any thoughts? Thanks.
