error code 1303

I was not able to update my acrobat x pro on my windows 7 pro computer with the new update that was sent to me, I uninstalled my version and reinstalled my x pro and now get an error message of 1303. My wifes computer (windows 😎 crashed last week and reinstalled with no problems, anyone know what i need to do?
