Error Files filling up c:\Windows\Temp Acrobat Pro XI

We have installed Acrobat XI Pro in a virtualized desktop. We had no problems activitating our license. The program works properly, and to Evermap plugins are working. However, the following is being written constantly to a text file in C:\Windows\Temp on the C: drive every few seconds, eating half a gig of space per day. This does not happen on our real desktops.

10/14/16 14:55:44:262 | [DEBUG] |  |  |  | PCDService |  |  | 1948 | Failed to retrieve keys from hive [GoCartResurfacingData] from cache db : 7

The files are in the format adobegc <date> <time>.

Where is the hive, or this go cart that some kid is driving on our computer? I can imagine this might be a permissions issue, or that perhaps because of our virtualization the program is looking in the wrong place for the keys.

Correct answer Jettplane

We resolved the problem by giving the user explicit rights to c:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe. While he had them as admin, he needed them as a user as well. A 1kb file is generated when the program is used, but we can live with that.
