Error loading Get Credentials page for PDF Services API

I am trying to use the following link to generate credentials so that I can use the PDF services API:

Even after refreshing the page, I am continuing to see a "An unexpected error has occurred" message which I have provided a screenshot of below. Are there any server outages happening right now within Adobe Acrobat Services?
