Error Message: AdobeCollabSync.exe - No Disk

I'm using Windows 7 - Acrobat XI Pro.  Last week I started getting pop up window as above with message:  There is no disk in the drive.  Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk5\DR5  It gives me no ability to do anything other than hit either cancel or x out - after about 5 hits it goes away.  Any suggestions welcome.
