Hi das58900858 ,

Could you please let us know what version of Acrobat installed on the computer-X/XI/DC?

What Operating System do you have-Windows/Mac?

Are you getting any error message when trying to launch Acrobat?

Thank You,

Shivam

I have CS4 Acrobat Pro

I have an OS X El Capitan

version 10.11.6

my error message was something about needing to fix or repair PDF Printer

and PDF reader in Safari. And whether I select those items to be repair or

not, Acrobat does not launch. the image sits on the doc with a indicator

showing that it is open but nothing happens after that...And I can't shut

down the computer as Adobe is open and needs to close but it won't close.

And when I force close, Adobe Acrobat opens automatically....
