error message to validate email address on PDF form

I keep getting an error message on a PDF form:

This message pops up on me while filling in the form and on others when they open the form after completion.

Could someone please help me resolve this?

Does it happen when you open the file, or when you enter an address into a field? Also, what address are you entering? And can you share the file?

I'm not sure how to share it with you. It happens after I've entered the email address; however, I think it may have to do with the fact that I am entering it like this to show who the email address belongs to:

Judy Moore: judym@ipspension.com

I tried to save it without the name in from of the email address and I didn't get the message; however, if I have more than one email address listed I still get the error message.

You should probably enter only the email address, without the name.
