Error message when installing drivers?

I have gotten this same "System extension cannot be used" error message, and I think it is connected to my inability to select double-sided printing from the print menu. How do I reinstall this file?

Please re-install your Printer drivers. If you are experiencing any issue with it please consult your Printer manufacturer support team, they will help you to get it fixed.
