Error message when using DC to scan and enhance.

I keep getting the following message when using Acrobat DC to scan and enhance a paper document from my Epson 3640 scanner. Here's the error message: "an error was encountered while running scanned image optimization. Aborting scanning operation."

Hi Cicero106 ,

Please provide the exact dot version of the software & OS installed at your system .Also check whether is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check for updates "

Please check after connecting scanner locally to the system if its connected over any network .

Also check if any OS update is available for your system.

If the issue still persist, please check with the different user account as well to replicate the issue .
