I installed Adobe DC2015 on 10 new installed computer with windows 10 professional. They are attached at a domain-server. Now the problem: It doesn't matter which program i use (Word, Excel, Outlook, CAD) I alway get an error-massage when I print a document with the "Adobe PDF"-printer. In German the message is: Fehler beim Drucken an Adobe PDF

The pdf-file is created and I can open it without any problems with Adobe DC, but the error message deranged and the printer spooler isn't empty!

Thank's for your help

Hi markusa57

You might try below mention steps:

1- Check if there is an update available for Acrobat, launch Acrobat>navigate to Help menu>and then select Check for updates.

2- If that doesn't work, try to remove Adobe PDF Printer under Control Panel and then add it again. Go to Control Panel>select Devices and Printers>under Printers>select Adobe PDF>right click on it and select Remove device. To add Adobe PDF printer manually, visit this link:Manually installing PDF Printer.

3- If that doesn't work, try to repair Acrobat installation, under Help menu>select Repair installation.

Could you please let me know the version of Acrobat DC installed on the machines?

Hi

Thank you for your advices.

Meanwhile I tried something and now it seems to be ok. On one of the 10 computers I did the following: Log on with another user (not a domain-user), uninstall Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe DC, install Adobe DC, install the update (now 15.00.30201 is installed) and test to print a word document. The pdf-file is generated without an error message and the printer spooler is empty. It works even if I am logged in with a domain-user! I hope it works with the 9 other computers as well.
