error printing on konika minolta printers

I find these errors a lot on posts but not with any solutions that work for us.  When we print from Acrobat to the Konica Minolta printers in the office we get errors.  First one says "The document could not be printed."  The second one says "There were no pages selected to print".  We can print to an HP printer without the error.  I have turned off the enhanced security and tried printing as an image.  I have upgraded (and uinstalled) Reader to Pro DC.  I have installed the current drivers and changed to the Postscript driver.

It's a windows 10 pc.

Anyone have words of wisdom here?
