Error Printing/Opening File in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

I'm trying to start printing coupons from Smart Source and I keep getting this error. Any advice on what to do!?

Did Smart Source send you a PDF file for printing or did you create the PDF file from software that they provided or from a web page?

So I selected the coupons to download and hit print, and it make me download a pdf tile. I'm not sure if it's the coupons or instructions but either way I can't open it to proceed to the next step.
