Error serial number you provided is valid when installing Adobe Acrobat XI Pro

Adobe Acrobat XI Pro Installation Problem - Using Valid Serial # from Old Device

I have attempted several times to use a valid Serial # to install Acrobat XI Pro on my new laptop.

However, each time I receive an error message stating that the Serial # is valid but NOT for a qualifying product

on my PC.  Then when I attempt to select Acrobat XI Pro from the dropdown of options it is not available as an option

(only other products are). 

Please help and thank you!

Shivam -

Unfortunately your feedback was not helpful.  I reviewed it carefully and it seems you are implying that I will need to provide another Serial #.  However, this was a new purchase for me on 4/16/2013 so there are no other Serial #'s to input.  This is incredibly frustrating as I paid $199 for this product and Adobe seems to want to extract more money from me simply to use a product I already paid for.  Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
