Error when exporting comments to word

Receiving The Acrobat PDFMaker Server could not be loaded. Do you want to run the installer in repair mode? After running repair and rebooting the computer, issues is still happening.

Using Acrobat XI and tried it on word 2013 and 2016.

Edit and convert PDFs

Hi ,

Acrobat XI is not compatible with Word 2016.

Try the following steps with Word 2013.
