ESD Acrobat Pro 20 STE Win

I purchased  ESD Acrobat Pro 20 STE Win Dec. 13, 2020

received link to download and while downloading there suppose to be the option for the product key and it is not there.

i keep calling between Adobe and Steples and no one can help.  They just sent one to another.

 

what should i do.

it is the student version and it requires to provide them with the student number but it does not say how we can download the info and send it.

very dissapointing.

On line from Staples, purchased on December 13, 2020 and until today can't resolve.

asking to help to download or refunded.  non of the option can't achive.

would appreciate if someone tell me what to do.
