every time i try to install DC Pro for mac i get 50% through and it says error contact support. i have done this 4 times with the same error every time

Please try removing all the left over files from these locations in the link and try installing again .

Hi Steve,

You cannot install Adobe products on a volume that uses a case-sensitive file system, such as HSFX (HFS+) or UFS. This limitation applies to both the startup drive as well as the drive onto which the software is installed.The solution to this problem is you need to Install the product onto an HFS+ or HFSJ non-case-sensitive drive. this is the error i am getting
