I see that you have Creative Cloud Photography plan is active and your Acrobat Dc subscription is canceled due to which you are not able to Export the documents.

I will recommend you to contact our customer service to get the service activated so that you can avail export PDF feature.

Follow the above link, Sign In using your Adobe ID & click on "Still need help? Contact us" button to connect to them.
