What I did:

Uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)

Uninstall and reinstall Adobe DC Pro

Same problem on a newly installed Windows 7

Question:

Anybody out there who has had this problem and solved this successfully? I don't know how to proceed and can't find information for this problem.

I'm experiencing the same issue when I try to export a PDF to Doc.
If I try with my domain admin account, I can do it, but if a user tries with his/her domain user account he/she can't.

I tried to set full control permission on c:\program files (x86)\adobe folder for domain users but the issue persists.

Have you solved the problem?

I solved my problem.
The temp files were readdressed via GPO to a D: partition that was not available anymore. So it was impossible for the software to create temp files and it crashed. It was very slow as well.
I recreated the partition, set the permissions and it worked.

Hi Amatin Schweiz,

We apologize for the delay in response and the inconvenience caused to you.

Did you try updating to the latest version?

If you are still facing the issue, could you please share the file you are trying to export @ : agarwala@adobe.com

Thanks and Regards,
