Exporting Interactive PDF from InDesign - Issue with Printing

After exporting Interactive PDF from InDesign, the PDF printers with no problems on HP printers, but on Lexmark color printers it's adding a color line at the top of the document when printing only. This line is not on the document. I can't export another way with interactive buttons. I can't figure out how to get ride of this "invisible line" that shows up during printing. There is only 1 way to export with PDF out of InDesign to get the "invisible" line not to show, but I need to export with interactive PDF, and this way it shows. So, any suggestions on how to work around this?
