Exporting to Accessible PowerPoint from PDF

I have an accessible, 508-compliant PDF that I want to export to PowerPoint. Problem is, none of the alternative text or reading order that is already set up in my PDF is being carried over to the PowerPoint export. I've already done all the heavy-lifting with 508 compliance with InDesign to create the document, and I'd really like to be able to carry over everything into a PPT!
