Exporting/Transfer Data Created by Isolved/SAP/Sage 50 to Excel

If a pdf file was generated by a software (SAP, Isolved, SAGE 50) and not developed in the lifeCycle or so within Adobe suite  how do I export/tranfer the data to Eexcel using automation for further manipulation. Please help
