Fill and Sign Problem..

I am using Fill and sign in Acrobat DC pro. I also have single click short-cuts on.

when I am filling with that tool and add text in document and text contains certain accelerator keys like 'C' OR 'A', fill and sign exits unexpectedly and that short-cut tool becomes active.

Is this a bug or I am doing something wrong?

Hi shivdeeps,

What is the dot version of Acrobat DC Pro and OS installed on your system?

Is it the issue with a particular form you fill?

Try "Repair Installation" under Help menu. Check if that helps.

Hi Meenakshi,

version I am using is continuous 2015.010.20059 on windows 10 pro

and I have tried to repair install already.

can you reproduce the same issue on your end after turning on single key accelerators in preference->general?

Hi shivdeeps,

We already have tried that and there is no issue on our end to fill in the form using "Fill & Sign" tool after turning on "single key accelerators" under Edit>Preferences>General.

Please try uninstalling using cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and restart your system.

Then reinstall it from here: Download Adobe Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | DC, XI, X‌  and check if this resolves the issue.

Let me know if issue still persist.
