The only choice to download in the link you provided is for X XI. 7.0 isn’t listed. How do we download this older version?

Would like to inform you that Acrobat 7 is not compatible with Windows 10.

It may or may not work properly.

You can try installing it from this link: Download Adobe Acrobat 7 and Adobe Creative Suite 2 products

Could you please let us know what happens when you try to use the Fill & sign option.

Do you get any error message when you select that tool?

Try once "Repair Installation" under Help menu and check if it works or not.

Let us know the Adobe application you are using and its dot version.

When I try to use the fill and sign option I then get a blank page.

Are you experiencing this issue with all the PDF forms?

Is this issue started after the Windows 10 Anniversary update?
