I have created a fillable form.  When it was returned to me, the fields are blank except when I click in them, then the text reappears.  Does anyone have a solution???

That happens when the Preview application on a Mac was used to fill-in and save the form. It corrupts PDF forms in a number of ways and should not be used. Tell your users to use Adobe Reader instead.

What you can do with Acrobat is export the form data to a data file (FDF), open the original blank version of the form that you sent out, import the form data to populate the fields, and save. Exactly how you import/export the form data depends on what version of Acrobat you're using.
