Fillable forms

I have just upgraded to Acrobat DC Pro and want to create a fillable form from and Excel file but the prepare form button had Add on it and takes me to the page to upgrade. I have signed out and back in , closed Acrobat DC and shut down my computer - what now? Any suggestions Thanks
