Fillable Pdf form won't print all text in a field

I have a fillable pdf form with several long text fields.

When users fill this out the text expands beyond a the height of the field and a + symbol shows up on the form.

If I click the plus symbol I can see the rest of the text. When I try to print this file the text does not show up.

Is it possible to print this so that all of the text displays?
