Filling in forms with different page orientations

Please help,

I am filling in forms that have different page orientations, when I get to a page in landscape I rotate the page using Adobe top menu, fill it out and move to the next page.  When I save the document all the information is now sideways and I can't change it!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
