Fit to window and blank space in Acrobat Pro DC

In previous version of Adobe Acrobat the Fit to Window zoom option allowed a very small border of blanks space between the file and the tool bar. This does not happen in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. The borders of the page butt up exactly to the tool bar. Does anyone know how to change this? I'd call up Adobe but they say I cannot do that.
