Flowing text fields

I currently have Acrobat 9 it does not allow flowing text fields.  Does Acrobat DC allow for flowing text fields.  Meaning if the typed text is longer than the text field box, with it adjust the form to compensate for the entire text field?

No version of Acrobat has this feature. Only forms created using LiveCycle Designer can do that.
