Followed Troubleshooting Guide - Still Can't Print

As the description says, I have followed the troubleshooting guide found here:

Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

I'm unable to print in Adobe Reader XI. I can open it with a web viewer and print it, I can print from every application except Adobe Reader.

I have attempted to print as image, saved as a new PDF, restarted, print to different printers.....

When I go to View > Tools > there is no Print Production option, only a few drop-downs on the right window pane. None of which contain a Print Production option.

Live support doesn't support Reader, so I am here to find what else to troubleshoot.

I can't print either, which is especially frustrating since I paid for those downloads.  I keep getting error messages...Cannot print.  No pages have been selected.  I've done everything I can do and there's no other help but here?  Really?
