Force user to click submit button before going to another slide

I need to disable all navigation tools so the user is forced to navigate with buttons. ClickAdvances I see how to turn off. I also don't want them to be able to use the keyboard, mouse scroll or anything else until the page they are on has been validated and submitted.

There's no real way of doing that, unless the pages don't exist in the first place. You will need to convert them to Template objects, then hide them and finally show/spawn them when you want to display them. This will require some scripting and general Acrobat know-how to set it. It's not a trivial task.
