Hi gerrykline ,

Would like to inform that there is no possible way to reset the password.

In this case you have to recreate the document.

how did this get on my computer, I did not authorize it.  you have my computer held hostage. and I do not appreciate it.

Take this Bs off my computer...  I did not ask for it.. especially with some crazy pass word that sets for its self..

I can not recreate the doc, because I did not create it in the first place.  it was sent to me, but you ##### are holding it hostage with out my permission...

Ask the creator of the document for the password.
