Form Field functionality

Hi

When a password-protect a fillable PDF form on my desktop, then save it to document cloud, some form fields (like text fields and buttons) lose their functionality when I open them on my iPad. This does not happen when I do not password-protect the documents. I need my documents password-protected though. How do I overcome this issue?

Did all form fields lose their functionaltity?

Some web browsers do not support PDF forms. Window"s View is just the latest. . I would try the older Internet Explorer.

Yep, all form fields lose functionality; radio buttons, text fields and buttons (these are the ones that I used).

The issue is not the web browser, it's the iPad. Functionality is lost on it when a form is secured. When form is not password-protected, it works fine on iPad too. problem is, I need the docs password-protected.
