Form with radio buttons created in Excel 2013 will drop radio buttons in conversion to PDF form. Using Acrobat Pro XI

Hello,

I have a form created in Excel 2013 which contains radio buttons grouped to allow 1 selection per question, when converting the Excel form to PDF form.  I have tried both invoking Acrobat from Excel and Form Creation from existing file inside Acrobat Pro XI, but the buttons do not convert.

I know I can go in and manually re-add the buttons, but it is very tedious and time consuming.......your help is appreciated.

Form fields in Office files do not get converted to PDF form fields. You need to re-create them from scratch.

If you used a specific font for the radio-buttons, though, then it might be possible to use a script to identify them, like this one I've developed: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat/Reader -- Convert Wingdings To Fields
