Formatting for a phone number

I selected a field and tried to center the text and format it for a phone number. None of it is working. Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong?

Do you see the option to format it for a phone number, or is it missing?

You should see the option to set the Alignment to Center on the Options tab of the field properties dialog.

Hi George: Yes, I found the field, changed alignment to Center and then, in the Formatting tab, changed it to Phone Number. But nothing happened.
