Formatting time fields in Adobe DC to convert from Military to standard time

In Adobe DC...how do I format a time field so the user can enter a 3 or 4 digit number w/o a colon (such as military time) and get a standard time format that has a colon and the am/pm?  For example:

     User enters          User gets

     0730                    7:30 am

     1516                    3:16 pm

     0000                    12:00 am
