Forms with answers in two columns

Hello,

I have a form in which one of the questions has the option of answering in two columns. Currently when I put in check boxes it will only allow a tick in one column. I see that the answer choices are all under one group so I think this issue could be solved by inserting another group - does anyone have any tips on how I could do this?
