Generate PDF via API

Hi All,

Thanks in advance.

We have a PDF (&word doc) , that we intend to use as a "template" for our sales team. However before sending out the pdfs to our prospective clients,
it is necessary to fill out details like <PROSPECT NAME> ; <EMAIL > <INDUSTRY> etc.. and generate the PDF specific to the prospect.

As of today, what we do is

1. Open the Word template (of the document)
2. Manually insert the values (20 fields, 10 custom pages between the customary Introduction page and the Thank you page)
3. Save word doc - Prospectname.doc
4. Export as pdf - prospectname.pdf

It takes about 2 days to prepare, proofread, and finalise one document

and, we need to sed out atleast 8 pdf a week,

This is extemely timeconsuming (& repetitive to most extent)

Query :

1. Can we have our "standard" document as a template in ADC ?
2. and insert the values via API at appropriate positions ?
3. Generate custom PDFs for each prospect ?
4. Send it out as an attachment , and / or , link in email ?

How much of this is possible via Adobe Document Cloud ? What are the limitations ? What are the pre requisites ?
What liscence is required to acomplish thesame.
