Getting an error when trying to install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

I am trying to install a licensed version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and as it is down loading it stops and give an error that says:

Error: An invalid serial number was provided.

I was never asked for a serial number or anything. We just had our license renewed last week.
