Give us some additional color options for signatures in Adobe Acrobat

When I sign a document in Acrobat, I have a lot of color choices, but, other than black and a few shades of gray, most of the options look like what a middle-schooler would use to sign their friend's yearbook. Surely, we can do better than this:

I believe that sometime in the past there was an option to retain the original color, but that's either been deleted or very well hidden.
