"Gotham opentype" REGISTERED SIGN difference between indesign and illustrator

Hi All

As subject , i was tried to copy the "REGISTERED SIGN" to indsign CS6 from illustrator CS6 , but unlucky .

the sign has been changed to small one on the indesign automatically .

is any solution can fix this ?

This is really an issue you should be posting in the InDesign forum; it is not an Acrobat Printing & Prepress issue, but ...

Most likely, your InDesign document is setup to take advantage of certain OpenType features that for glyphs such as tm and (r) cause the character to be treated as a superscript. Check your style settings in InDesign.
