I have installed adope photo software using valid license key and after I created Adope Id and using valid Email id. after creation adope Id while registering adope software it is showing following message

" ACCESS DENIED -YOU ARE NOTELIGIBLE TO USE THIS PRODUCT DUE TO SERVICE DUE TO THE SERVICES ELIGIBLE REQUIREMENT "

Are you referring to Adobe Photoshop ?

Can you please share the screenshot of the error message?
