Hallo, habe ein beschreibbares Formular in Acrobat für Kunden erstellt. Kundin hat Adobe Reader X. Damit kann sie das PDF öffnen, auch was reinschreiben aber nicht speichern. Nur als leeres Formular ohne Text. Liegt das an der alten Version?

In order to provide customer the facility to Save the data filled in the PDF form you need to Reader Extend the PDF forms using Acrobat application before sending it to the Customer. Open your PDF form in Acrobat, navigate to File menu -> Save as other -> Reader Extended PDF -> Enable more tools. Now you can go ahead & share the Reader Extended pdf with the customer.
